What can I say….. well every thing about this retreat was so well thought out.
The accommodation was set in the beautiful countryside an hour just outside of Barcelona, the location was beautiful and the bird song in the mornings made you instantly relax, the space was safe, warm and welcoming . The meals provided were plenty full, well thought out, vegan and super tasty, and nothing was wasted . There were fruit bowls, nuts, and herbal tea on tap.

I shared my living space with my beautiful room mate who will be my friend for life as we connected so well. There was plenty of communal spaces where we could talk openly, journal, and relax.

The ceremony room was comfortable and there were plenty of blankest and cushions provided.
The alter was beautiful, with fresh flowers Mother Earth at the centre.
The music and musicians were incredible, I felt safe, and for me it was such an important part of my experience. The song will forever remain in my mind.

Therapy/ integration, felt safe, informative and an integral part of the reason I was there.
It was so important that I felt safe so I could open up and speak, I felt this from my first meeting with the team.

There was time to rest, journal or get out in nature in between ceremonies.

These few days are hands down one of the best experiences of my life. And I cannot thank Samantha and her team enough for this life changing, transformative, and healing journey I had in Barcelona.

Esta experiencia superó todo lo que podría haber imaginado.
El lugar era mágico, rodeado de selva y el poder de la Pachamama. La maloka para las ceremonias era muy cómoda. Sam y Fransie nos atendieron con mucho cariño, asegurándose de que no nos faltara nada.
La comida era excelente, fresca y saludable, para facilitar el retiro. Incluso era posible adaptar las comidas a nuestros gustos.

La flexibilidad del equipo permitió a los participantes mantenerse en un flujo y vivir la experiencia más hermosa de sus vidas.
Los momentos de integración, las comidas, las actividades en la naturaleza, los cantos y bailes, así como la ceremonia del cacao, no hicieron más que embellecer el retiro. Ya de por sí poderoso con Mama Aya.

Su capacidad para mantener un espacio saludable, la alegría, el buen humor y el respeto por todos es innegable.

Siento una profunda gratitud por estos momentos indescriptibles que permanecerán para siempre grabados en mi memoria, gracias a Sam y Fransie.

Estoy deseando volver a sentarme con Mama Aya junto a Master Plan.
